My passion for baking began many years ago. My grandmother, who was a prolific baker and cook, lived with us during my childhood. It was not uncommon to come from school to find freshly-baked donuts and treats laying out on the table. Over the years, she always included me, and made sure I had my own doughs and batters to work with.

My Grandmother helped me to grow my skills and confidence as a baker. But she also gave me the opportunity to see how hand-crafted treats can turn all our days into a memorable event.
